- Right of access according to Article 15 GDPR: You have the right to information about your personal data processed by us, the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period or the criteria for determining the storage period, the existence of a right to correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing, complaint to a supervisory authority, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us from you, the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about the logic involved and the scope and intended effects of such processing, as well as your right to be informed about the safeguards pursuant to Article 46 GDPR in case of transfer of your data to third countries;
- Right to rectification according to Article 16 GDPR: You have the right to immediate correction of incorrect data concerning you and/or completion of your incomplete data stored with us;
- Right to erasure according to Article 17 GDPR: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data if the conditions of Article 17(1) GDPR are met. However, this right does not exist, in particular, if the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, to comply with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the assertion, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
- Right to restriction of processing according to Article 18 GDPR: You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data while the accuracy of your data is contested, if you oppose deletion due to unlawful processing and instead request restriction, if you need your data for assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims after the purpose for which the data was collected has expired, or if you have objected on grounds of your particular situation and it is not yet clear whether our legitimate grounds override;

In case of withdrawal, we will delete the affected data immediately, provided that further processing cannot be based on another legal ground;
